EBPPP

The Enterprise Based Productivity Places Program (EBPPP) provides opportunities for employees in participating enterprises to increase their skill levels and gain further qualifications.

CITT have been working in a partnership between enterprises, Innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA) and the Australian Government to place approximately 140 existing Telecommunication workers in training programs from Certificate III to Diploma level.  These training programs are expected to assist enterprises to increase productivity and meet the demand of today’s economy for higher level skills.

The program, which is part of the larger Productivity Places Program provides training places, creates training pathways, recognises existing skills of workers and delivers training and skills needs.
