ICT10 Continuous Improvement

As part of the ICT10 Integrated Telecommunication's Training Package continuous improvement program, the IBSA ICT industry team have identified a number of areas for upgrade/ update in the ICT10 Training Package.

In response to this IBSA and CITT are working on a project which will:

• Evaluate industry recommendations for change 

• Consult with industry personnel on specific update changes 

• Invite review via IBSA website

• Submit changes for endorsement to NQC

The project deliverables will include:

• Updated competency units

• Updated skill sets and qualifications (where required)

• A publication identifying these revisions for industry personnel
