CITT provides industry with strategic analysis and advice about the Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors. This includes information on technical and call centre training, as well as analysis and commentary on industry skills matters.

CITT are also responsible for the promotion of Training Packages and Apprenticeships and Traineeships within these sectors.
